What to expect

Preparing for Your Sessions

Better known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), red light therapy is a non-invasive way to achieve results that mimic a surgical face lift.

LED light therapy is a specialized skincare treatment that uses light wavelengths to support the skin’s overall health. The procedure has a history of various skincare uses, such as helping regenerate damaged muscle tissues for injured military personnel. Today, the treatment is used in the aesthetic community to promote collagen production and smooth away wrinkles, age spots, and other imperfections. Using varying LED wavelengths, the technique claims to help:

  • Clear acne

  • Reduce inflammation

  • Promote anti-aging effects

There’s no downtime, and you can resume your normal activities right after your session. That said, avoiding sun exposure and staying hydrated is important.

  • Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water each day (two liters). It is recommended you drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water throughout the day to maximize the skin’s hydration level.

  • It’s imperative to arrive with a clean face. Makeup can interfere with the red light’s efficacy. We will not clans your skin pre-session.

  • We provide LilFox products for our clients to gently cleanse and brighten the skin post-treament.

  • There isn't a recovery time for LED light therapy. But we suggest avoiding sun exposure in the 48 hours after treatment to prevent overstimulation.
